How to become a Member

It's easy to become a member of our Designer Advantage Program. You have one of four ways to submit your application and certification:
  1. Print out the application, fill out and scan along with your certification, State Business License and/or Sales Tax ID then email to da@kirklands.com. (Application in PDF)
  2. FAX the application, certification, State Business License and/or Sales Tax ID to 731.664.9345

  3. Mail the application and certification, State Business License and/or Sales Tax ID to:
    Kirkland's Home
    Designer Advantage Program

    Nashville, TN 37214
  4. Scan your certification, State Business License and/or Sales Tax ID then submit with the application below
Two of the following three proofs of business must accompany your application:

 

  • RESA, ASID, IIDA, CKD, AIA, CID, IDS, SDP or ASP membership card
  • State Business License
  • Sales Tax ID
RESA - Real Estate Staging Association

You can e-mail, fax or mail your proof of business to Kirkland's Home. Applications will be considered complete when we receive a copy of your proof of business. We offer membership exclusively to individuals, not companies. (If others in your company are interested in becoming members, they should apply separately.) You should receive your membership card within 3 to 4 weeks after approval. Then simply present it when making your next client-related purchase. We'll deduct your discount at the register. It's that simple.

*Membership requires that $500 be spent per year (12 months from issue of permanent card).
Discount applicable to in-store merchandise only. Currently not available on-line.
