To further support the growth of the home staging industry, Real Estate Staging Association® (RESA®) will be recognizing leaders within the staging industry for their outstanding contributions and personal accomplishments.

Based on feedback we received from our membership, we have added regional awards to the Professional  Stager, Rookie Stager and REALTOR® of the Year Categories. We are looking forward to recognizing more of our members.  Click to see what areas are in each region

RESA® is now accepting nominations for the RESA® 2012 Staging Industry Awards™ in the following categories (click on each award title to view the guidelines):

 

 

Winners will hold their titles in their category for the 2012 term. Entry fees will cover the cost of a secure voting system as well as the awards.



The following provides the guidelines for submission to each of these categories. Please note the deadlines.

Important Deadlines:


October 1, 2011- November 15, 2011 Nominations and Self Nominations Accepted
November 20, 2011 to November 30, 2011- Voting in all categories by entire RESA membership. 
December 5, 2011 to December 20, 2011 Judging in the Professional Stager and Rookie Stager Categories by the judging panel.

February 1, 2012 Winners Announced at the Awards Dinner and Ceremony at the RESA® International Staging Conference

Region 1 Northeast

New England, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey


Region 2 Midwest

Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa


Region 3 Southern

Delaware, Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana


Region 4 West

Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Hawaii


Region 5 Canada


Region 6 Australia


Countries are eligible for a region if they have more than 4 members.
