What is this?

The Academy has the only 40 hour, business in a box home staging training program of its kind that offers what we offer. Many training programs have you go into the field to stage a lived-in home but we also take you into the field to experience a live consultation exercise and a vacant home project exercise and bid. The knowledge gained from being out in the field working on these exercises will expand your skill set exponentially. Most stagers offer these 3 basic services and once you have learned the core basics of these home staging techniques, there are actually over 20 ways to make money in this business which are revealed in the course.

Our program consists of about 50% design formulas, techniques and field work, and 50% business and marketing essentials specific to the home staging industry - the result of this is the most comprehensive course offered in the country. We are also the only training in the nation to provide TEN hands-on exercises focusing on design and marketing techniques with over 12 hours in the field.

In our program, you will not only learn the intriguing aspects of pricing your services, contracts, insurance, advertising, client relations and marketing and business concepts as they relate to staging but also the design essentials such as space planning, color theory, paint color selection, step by step how to stage a room, and design formulas and techniques unique to home staging.

Additional benefits of our program are that, upon completion, you will receive full certification and the AHSC designation. This designation logo is free for you to use on any and all of your materials including business cards, website and printed materials. In alliance with the Real Estate Staging Association, this designation will indicate to your clients that you are a certified home staging professional and will provide you with the credibility you need in the industry.
