RESA Has 3 Membership Levels

RESA-PRO™- $180.00 for 2-years for Current RESA members, and $225.00 for 2 years for Non-RESA members (See qualification requirments)

RESA-General- $120.00 for 1-year of membership

RESA-Company- $180.00 for 1-year of membership for a team of 2-stagers that work for the same company.

RESA-PRO™ Membership and Designation

Congratulations on deciding to take your business to the next level.  Continuing education is a crucial aspect of every profession.  As with every profession, seeking education after your core training is how you keep up on trends, learn new skills and keep educated on the changing industry. 

The RESA-PRO™ designation will give professional stagers access to up-to-date education and industry trends in addition to providing a higher level of professionalism and teaching you skills to increase your profits. RESA-PRO™ creates legitimacy in the home staging industry by creating a reputable continuing education program. 

The following 5 mandatory requirements must be met:  

1. Must pass the Ethics Exam. Study material is provided. Open book exam.
2. Must agree to follow the RESA Code of Ethics. 
3. A minimum of 1 year in business, as a professional home stager (proof by either a Business License, LLC, CORP, or Legal  Partnership)
4. Proof of Home Staging Business Insurance  
5. Business Checking Account (Fax voided check to 916-273-7736) 

The RESA® Ethics class and exam is an extremely important factor in raising the bar for the home staging industry.  RESA-PRO is the only designation governed and regulated by the Real Estate Staging Association®.  RESA® ensures that RESA-PRO™ designees uphold the highest ethical standards possible.

• The RESA-PRO™ Ethics Exam is 20 questions.

• You need a minimum score of 80% in order to pass.
• You may refer to the RESA-PRO™ Ethics Class PDF file when taking the exam.
• You have 45 minutes to take the exam.
• RESA-PRO designees are required to re-take the Ethics exam and pass the ethics class every two years in order to renew the designation.

Fees:

Current RESA® members have the opportunity to earn to the RESA-PRO Designation for $180.00. This will also give current RESA® members 2 years of RESA® membership. Email Shell@RESA-HQ.org to convert your existing membership and test for RESA-PRO™

**Non-RESA® members may earn their RESA-PRO and become RESA members for $225.00. This includes 2 years of RESA® membership. Renewal is $180.00 for 2 years.

Real Estate Staging Association- General Membership

Real Estate Staging general membership is $120.00 USD Per Year, for an individual membership. 1 Stager.  All membership benefits are inclusive. The RESA-PRO designation does NOT come with this membership level. 

 

 

Real Estate Staging Association-Company Membership

A company membership is $180.00 USD Per Year,  for a team of 2 Stagers. All membership benefits are inclusive. Both members will have their own membership directory page. The RESA-PRO designation does NOT come with this membership level.
