There is no question the home renovation business is booming. Harvard University recently reported “the forecast for remodeling homes in 2019 will be strong in an already robust home improvement economy” and in Canada it is estimated 48% of home owners plan on some renovating in 2019!! Yet, due to the aging population and millennials lacking the time, interest and skills to do it themselves, managing these renos remains a under-served and largely untapped market.
There has never been a better time than now to tap-in to the rapidly expanding home reno market by earning the RRPM designation. As a staging professional, in USA or Canada, if you are conducting consultations, your recommendations will likely include some form of renovation. The RRPM Certification Program consists of two, 3 hour sessions covering the complex working parts of a renovation from design, product specifications to plumbing, electrical, hydro, design, construction material sourcing, tradespeople, permits and inspections.
