What is Home Staging and Why Does it Matter?
“The most successful staging starts with understanding who is buying in that neighborhood and price range, not designing for everyone,” says Felicia Pulley of the Real Estate Staging Association. “Data from the Real Estate Staging Association shows staged homes sold an average of 9 percent over asking in Q3 2025, with homes priced between $750,000 and $1.49 million seeing some of the strongest results when presentation aligned with buyer expectations.”
