I've been working in Westchester County NY homes my entire career. First career was in higher-end corporate design and store management. Launched The Refreshed Home as a design consultancy in 2007...about 3 weeks before real estate went POOF.

Home staging a.k.a listing prep, and photo styling became part of my repertoire when calls started coming in from sellers who liked my business model and wanted their furnished houses to look their best. Almost 20 years in, we still do not use or facilitate the use of rental furniture. And yes, we've worked with thousands of Westchester County homeowners and helped over $1B worth of WC properties get noticed and sold.
