Nicole Schenk is an award-winning home stager, educator, and industry leader based in Ottawa, Ontario. She is the owner of Simple Elements Home Staging and Design, a company known for its strategic, psychology-driven approach to preparing homes for the market. With a focus on both occupied and vacant staging, Nicole is dedicated to elevating the marketability and profitability of homes through thoughtful design, buyer psychology, and a seamless client experience.

A respected voice within the Real Estate Staging Association® (RESA), Nicole currently serves on the RESA National Board of Directors (NBOD). Her leadership journey spans nearly a decade, beginning at the chapter level where she revitalized the RESA Ottawa Chapter as President from 2018 to 2021. She went on to serve as Ontario Provincial President (2022–2024) and later contributed to national advancement as a member of the Canadian Strategic Planning Committee. Nicole’s dedication and service have earned her multiple accolades, including RESA’s Provincial President of the Year (2024) and recognition as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging for multiple consecutive years.

Nicole is also a RESA® Approved Instructor, committed to raising the professional standard of real estate staging across Canada. She teaches the nationally recognized course “Staging to Sell: What Every Agent Should Know” and speaks at industry events, real estate associations, and educational institutions such as Algonquin College.

Her work and insights have been featured in numerous media outlets, including CTV News, Realtor.ca, Our Homes Magazine, Staging the World, and the Real Estate Institute of Canada’s Exchange Magazine. She is also a co-author in Staging the World, and her staging projects have earned recognition in both Canadian and international property awards.
