Louay Nouneh is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of MES Décors Inc., an award-winning interior design and home staging company serving Milton, Halton Region, and the Greater Toronto Area.

With more than 20 years of experience in business management, luxury retail, customer experience, and brand operations across Canada and the Middle East, Louay brings a unique business-focused perspective to the home staging and design industry. Working alongside his wife and business partner, designer Mirna Elie Sarji, he has helped position MES Décors as a trusted resource for homeowners, Realtors, and industry professionals.

Louay is an Approved Instructor with the Real Estate Staging Association® (RESA®) and is actively involved with the RESA GTA Chapter. Through his educational sessions, he works with real estate professionals to demonstrate how strategic staging, thoughtful preparation, and effective presentation can help position properties for the market.

His commitment to entrepreneurship and the local business community has also been recognized through several industry and business honours, including the Milton Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year 2025, the 2026 Consumer Choice Award, and the 2025 Canadian Choice Award for Home Staging in Milton.

Louay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and an MBA from Middlesex University. Beyond MES Décors, he remains actively involved in business networking, mentorship, and community initiatives throughout the GTA.
