Starting May 30th, 2025:

• RESA® Associate and Standard Memberships will move from $190 USD /year to $240 USD/year
  
• RESA-PRO® Memberships will move from $250 USD /year to $275 USD /year

This is our first membership dues increase since 2019.

• Launched new award categories in the Home Staging Industry Awards, including two free categories for those in the Sold Over List Price Club

• The ability to set your membership up on auto-renewal so you never have to worry about paying another reinstatement fee

• The ability to purchase RESACON tickets with a payment plan to make getting to our annual convention even easier

• Expanded chapter support via First Friday programming and increased marketing of chapter meetings.

•  Commitment to providing quarterly statistics with an enhanced data collection process launching in May.

• A detailed State of the Home Staging Industry Report was published.

• And soon, we're launching a RESA mobile app to make navigating benefits and connecting with peers even easier.

Membership Pricing Reminder

The rates listed are introductory rates for new RESA® members.

As long as you renew your membership early or on time, you will keep this same rate for future renewals.

If your membership expires, a reinstatement fee will be required to reactivate your membership, and the renewal rate may be adjusted based on current pricing.

We encourage you to renew on time to keep your rate and avoid any additional fees!

Once you join RESA® you are given immediate access to the website. There are no refunds after you join RESA®. RESA® does not sell or trade your contact information.
