This 3-hour professional development course is packed with value for real estate professionals. (Note: this is not a how-to-stage class.)

Requirements to Apply

To ensure this program maintains its high standards, all applicants must:

  • Be a current RESA-PRO® or RESA Accredited Staging Business

  • Have a professional website with high-quality staging photography

  • Submit a resume, speaker bio, and a short video demo teaching staging concepts to agents

Program Details

 

Train-the-Trainer: Self-paced online training
Application Fee: $629 (includes training + materials)
Annual Renewal: $199
Recommended Teaching: 6+ classes per year for optimal exposure

Continuing Education Approvals by State:
If a state is not listed, it is likely because there is currently no approved instructor in that state. We do not apply for state approval until an instructor is in place.

Approved States:

  • Alabama – 3 Credits (State must also approve instructor)

  • Colorado – 1 Credit (State must also approve instructor)

  • District of Columbia – 3 Credits (State must also approve instructor)

  • Florida – 3 Credits (State must also approve instructor)

  • Georgia – 3 Credits

  • Illinois – 3 Credits (State must also approve instructor)

  • Michigan – 3 Credits

  • Minnesota – 3 Credits (State must also approve instructor)

  • Missouri – 3 Credits

  • North Carolina – 4 Credits

  • New Hampshire – 3 Credits (State must also approve instructor)

  • New Jersey – 1 Credit (State must also approve instructor)

  • Ohio – 3 Credits (State must also approve instructor)

  • Oklahoma – 3 Credits (State must also approve instructor)

  • Oregon – 3 Credits

  • Rhode Island – 3 Credits (State must also approve instructor)

  • Tennessee – 3 Credits (State must also approve instructor)

  • Texas – 3 Credits
