Unlimited entries: Submit as many times as you would like in each category.
New this year: Luxury Occupied Project of the Year (USA, Canada, and International) for properties in the top 20% of their market.
Important Update: For 2026, before photos may include construction materials, debris, or existing contents when they accurately reflect the property’s condition prior to staging.
