How to Participate In The Sold Over List Price Club
Gather Your Documentation.
To submit a project, you will need to upload the following:

Verification of the list price and final sale price
This can be a screenshot from an MLS website or a public platform that pulls from the MLS (such as Redfin, Zillow, or Realtor.com).
OR
A signed letter from the listing agent on company letterhead confirming the list price and final sale price (a digital copy is fine).

Your staging fee for the project (based on the first 60 days of service).

A brief description of the services you performed
Let us know what staging services were included — for example: paint consultation, occupied staging using the client’s furniture, partial furniture rental, full vacant stage, etc.

Complete the submission form on our website in the Members Only Section of the RESA Website, including the required documentation.
Earn Your Badge:
Receive an Over List Price Club logo for every submission that qualifies, with increments starting at $5,000. Achieve multiple levels and earn distinctions like “$30,000 Over List x2.”

What is the timeframe for submitting properties?
You can submit any property that sold for $5,000 or more over list price as long as it sold within the past six months! Just make sure to include the required documentation to qualify. Don’t miss out!
